Senior Head of Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO/CTO, translating the company’s vision into technical execution.
- Drive innovation and excellence in engineering practices, including code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Supervise the engineering team, including Product Engineers, Maintainers, and Infra/DevOps engineers.
- Play a key role in strategic decision-making and positioning the company for growth.
- Ensure code quality and enforce strong engineering practices within the team.
- Focus on optimization, refactoring, and maintaining high performance across the platform.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must-have skills: Deep expertise in the Frappe framework, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and advanced mathematics skills.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Product Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Own a product/module, handling everything from development to support, user engagement, and feature enhancement.
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and deliver innovative, user-centric features.
- Ensure code quality and enforce strong engineering practices within the team.
- Focus on optimization, refactoring, and maintaining high performance across the platform.
- Contribute to the company’s new products.
Qualifications:
- Experience with the Frappe framework and a strong mathematical foundation for working with GSI data and polygons.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong full-stack development skills, including UI/UX design and robust back-end architecture.

Operations and Dev/Ops Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Support self-hosted customers with deployments, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Develop and manage automation tools for deployment and system configuration.
- Build and maintain internal systems and tools to support business operations.
- Collaborate with business teams to align systems with organizational goals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal platform issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a holistic approach to business needs.
- Familiarity with system integration, process automation, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience with AWS and Terraform, including provisioning and managing resources.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and scaling solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Onsite Consulting Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients globally, gathering requirements and helping design solutions.
- Write detailed documentation and specifications to guide developers.
- Lead on-site implementation and provide training to clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to build and lead a team of implementation professionals.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of the carbon industry, including planting, registry, and sales (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Strong technical and business acumen to align client needs with product capabilities.
Success Looks Like:
- Successful implementation of solutions with satisfied clients and clear progress toward building a professional services team.
Profile
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Have experience with complex software projects.
- Are self-starters, capable of independently learning and solving problems.
- Possess experience in Python, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue, MySQL and AWS(a plus).
- Have functional knowledge of ERP systems (a plus).
